Within the Inventory Plan from department manager, completes the inventory management tasks including:
- Scheduling of Physical Inventory (twice a year)
- Attend physical inventory (store and WH)
- Auditing
- Update Inventory manual and procedures
- Analyzing and determining the root cause of discrepancies
According to company business plan and Inventory Department process, conduct the Warehouse/ Vendor management, including:
- Managing and overseeing warehouse inventory.
- Quarterly expense budgeting for warehouse
- Management of disposal and recyclable items
- Monthly meeting with warehouse operation team and Head Quarter office team.
Responsible for working with multiple sites, understanding their needs, and developing executable strategies to support them.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, supply chain, or other relevant fields
- 3+ years of related experience in inventory and logistics, with supervisor or team leader role.
- Knowledge of food and beverage transportation regulations and requirements
- Exposure to international shipping regulations and export controls, including International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) will be plus but not must
- Experience with AS9100, ITAR export controls, EAR, and FAR will be plus
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively and efficiently
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Team player oriented, strong ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment and to multiple deadlines
Certificates & Licenses:
- California State Driver's License
Language Ability:
- Speak, Read and Write English fluently is must
- Japanese- English, or Spanish-English bilingual skill will be hug plus
Work Environment:
- Indoor (Artificial Lighting; Air Conditioned)
- Outdoor ( Store parking area, and/or travel between stores)
- Noise Level is moderate
