International Product Management Intern

SUMMARY: This is a remote position based in Atlanta, Georgia
We have an exciting new internship opportunity available in our Product Management department at DHL eCommerce Solutions for a highly motivated individual looking to learn and grow in a dynamic, international business environment. In this position you will support all aspects of Product Management for our cross-border product portfolio and will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience on how we set product vision & strategy, develop & launch new product features and digital solutions to make global trade easier for our customers. A successful candidate will be highly analytical, detail-oriented and can work in diverse, cross-functional teams, managing multiple priorities simultaneously and delivering results in a fast pace, dynamic environment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Join the International Product Management Team to support all phases of the product lifecycle from conception to market research, to product development and launch.
• Gather, analyze, and interpret data to support the product quality or provide insight into new product development.
• Develop and maintain product specifications and communication material ensuring clarity to internal and external audiences.
• Perform competitive analysis and market research providing guidance into market trends and development needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Network, Operations, IT, Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Vendors) supporting various International Product initiatives.
• Monitor key performance indicators for digital solutions and escalate/resolve any issues with the respective stakeholders.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS :
• Strong interpersonal skills: ability to pitch ideas and make convincing arguments
• Strong analytical skills: ability to structure and break down complex problems into manageable parts, identify required analysis, and develop concrete recommendations
• Expert level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft PowerPoint required
• Beginner/intermediate level of SQL skills is preferred but not required
• Entrepreneurial spirit: takes initiative, able to effectively prioritize opportunities
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
• Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Logistics, or related field
• E-commerce, product, technology experience a plus
