Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Fragrance Manufacturing Supervisor to lead our production team in creating high-quality fragrances. The Supervisor will oversee daily production operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, safety, and adherence to industry standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional products. The ideal candidate will have experience in fragrance manufacturing or a related field and be committed to encouraging a collaborative and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

· Supervise and coordinate the production staff involved in fragrance manufacturing processes.

· Set production goals and objectives, ensuring they are met while maintaining quality standards.

· Provide guidance, training, and support to production team members to enhance skills and performance.

· Monitor and evaluate team performance. Provide feedback and implement corrective actions when necessary.

· Manage inventory and ensure adequate stock levels to meet operational needs.

· Collaborate with Quality Control to address any quality issues.

· Maintain cleanliness and organization of production areas to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.

· Communicate effectively with other departments to coordinate production schedules and address any production-related issues.

· Prepare and maintain production reports, including production output, inventory levels, etc.

Requirements:

· Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role. Fragrance manufacturing or related industry is a plus.

· Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate team members.

· Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

· Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

· Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and standards.

· Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications.

· Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
