Job Overview:
The Warehouse Administrator is responsible for operational support, general administrative task, assisting the Service & Installation Manager in general warehouse duties and being the primary point of contact for all inquiries.
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain office supplies.
- Primary attendant for incoming phone calls and service calls
- Pull and stage materials as needed.
- Track inventory in QuickBooks.
- Enter estimates into QuickBooks.
- Assist with monthly invoicing and managing warehouse inventory.
- Creating purchase orders and placing orders for materials
- Make travel arrangements for crews out of town.
- Schedule and record ALI Lift Inspections.
- Assist installation manager with day-to-day tasks.

Job Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or Office Manager in a warehouse setting
- High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
- Must be proficient in Windows and MS-Office Products (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks, such as incoming calls, guests, filing and emails.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Must possess good organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Superior verbal/written skills and communications skills.
- Self-motivated
Preferences:
- Experience operating a forklift.
- Experience using QuickBooks.
