DESCRIPTION
The Internal Communications Summer Analyst will support integrated Internal Communications planning and execution, including editorial services and administrative tasks. Responsibilities include project support to evolve our Internal Communications platforms and channels; content planning across all Firmwide Communications channels in close collaboration with team members; and copywriting in a deadline-driven environment. This program runs from June 3-August 16th, 2024.

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic communications planning and execution support for engaging and communicating with internal audiences across the Firm.
- Prepare written and visual content for Morgan Stanley's intranet site and other formats, covering business, events and Firmwide initiatives.
- Participate in meetings, take and publish notes and assist in follow-ups on key projects
- Manage the publishing calendar, collaborating with the team to schedule when content is run.
- Publish content using the intranet site's content management system.
- Provide support for internal platforms, including responding to employee questions, moderating comments and escalating feedback as needed.
- Provide project management support for the design and development of a new intranet strategy based on UX to define user personas and journeys.
- Support ongoing assessment and measurement of our Internal Communications programs.
Hours: 9AM-5:30PM
QUALIFICATIONS
Demonstrate a proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, and to balance a workload of multiple assignments for various parties in a fast-paced environment.- Excellent communication skills

- Ability to work confidently under pressure and multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Expected base pay rate for the role will be $32.45 per hour at the commencement of employment. However, base pay is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include a discretionary bonus.
