The Summer Internship Program will build a foundation for early career talent and form future professionals at the organization. The internship program at TelevisaUnivision allows participants to obtain real on the job experiences in their areas of interest and specialty. This experience will expose interns to the broader business and understand how the areas operate and collaborate cross functionally.
Dates: June 10 to August 16, 2024
Hours: Approximately 40 hours a week
Pay: $18 an hour

YOUR DAY TO DAY:
This is a unique role that requires the intern to utilize analytical skills to help provide financial clarity on current processes and to produce insights into future endeavors while assisting in maintaining the finance related needs of the department.
- Conduct financial analysis to make recommendations (cost-benefit, forecasting, impact analysis, and more)
- Derive summaries and validate hypotheses-based business needs.
- Deliver effective presentations of findings and recommendations.
- Perform cost tracking functions for the Ads Sales Product group.
- Exposure to Product Development processes as it pertains to financial needs.
- Potential for contact with other areas of the business based on performance.
YOU HAVE:
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance and/or any analytical concentration, preferred.
- Overall GPA minimum 3.0 or above.
- Experience articulating financial questions and using data to prove or disprove a hypothesis to assist in decision making.
- Excellent communication (written and spoken) and problem-solving skills.
- Strong Excel skills and an analytical, financial, and business mindset.
- Participation in prior internships, extracurricular activities, community organizations and/or professional associations, preferred.
- Must have unlimited work authorization in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
