Job Overview:

We work closely with our leadership teams, human capital, marketing / external communications, Inclusion, Diversity and Belonging, and our events planning team on campaigns, programs, and initiatives to achieve our goal to be an amazing place to work.
The Internal Communications Associate will be expected to work closely with both the Americas Region Internal Communications Senior Manager and the Global Executive Director of Internal Communications to advise on and produce compelling, creative, and innovative content using a variety of channels to break through the noise and engage with our busy colleagues.
**This is a hybrid role that requires 3 days per week in the NYC office. There is no option to be fully remote.**
Responsibilities:
Content development, writing, editing
  • Writing, editing and proofreading Internal Communications for the Americas Region and globally
  • Responsible for content creation, production, and distribution of the monthly Americas region email newsletter
  • Develop and write compelling stories and content for all internal communication channels, including email, social posts, intranet articles, video scripts, live events (in person and virtual) and digital screens

Develop and execute Internal Communications programs and campaigns in the Americas Region and globally
  • Develop Internal Communications plans for key campaigns, launches and programs
  • Recommend and execute innovative ways to engage with our audience, including techniques such as infographics, gamification, humor, short-form videos and more. Creativity is encouraged

Experience Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, journalism or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in communications, marketing, journalism, or related writing/editing position
  • Demonstrated excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills are essential.
  • Experience writing leadership communications and assisting in crisis communications is preferred
  • Knowledge of the Microsoft 365 suite of tools, including Teams, SharePoint and PowerPoint is ideal
  • Use of Zoom or other video conferencing system to produce virtual live events, such as all-staff town halls
  • Familiarity with video production and scripting

Skills & Attributes:
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Comfortable working in a fluid and matrixed environment where priorities shift and deadlines can be tight
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work independently in a small team based in a variety of cities. Experience working in a global company is ideal
  • Experience managing stakeholders at all levels and collaborating effectively across different teams.
  • Sense of humor, resilience, and a high level of emotional intelligence
  • Occasional travel may be required.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $65,000 to $95,000.
The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
