In this role the Internal Communications Coordinator will assist with projects and initiatives of varying scopes, working directly with their Internal Communications teammates as well as collaborating with teams across the company. The objective of the Internal Communications Coordinator is to support the Internal Communications team in delivering thoughtful, timely, and insightful messages to a variety of audiences using multiple channels of communication. The ideal candidate will have excellent written communication skills, strong attention to detail and experience working with digital communication channels.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing or a related field required.
- A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in Communications, or a related field required.
- Experience managing Internal Communications programs for a large organization and experience with employee intranets and a variety of communication channels (blogs, video, social media, mobile communication) preferred.
- Or, a combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.
- Work may be performed in an office, remote office or a combination of both where a computer and office equipment may be used as needed to perform duties.
- Regularly required to sit, reach, grasp, stand and move from one area to another.
- Constantly and repeatedly use keyboard/mouse.
- Occasionally required to push, pull, bend, lift and move up to 25 lbs.
- Minimal travel required as needed for job related duties such as training, project work and administrative tasks.
