SUMMARY:
Ideal Opportunity for Deepening Your Understanding of Operational Infrastructure in Large, Matrixed International Corporations.
As an integral part of the Internal Corporate Communications team, you will sit at the crossroads of pivotal operational departments such as human resources, IT, information security, and people experiences. Various Rakuten businesses rely on these departments to provide central services that help them focus their time and resources on their unique market-driven objectives. The Internal Communications team plays a crucial role shaping the company's culture. The team collaborates with people all over the company and across the globe on diverse projects ranging from complex, multi-phased change management initiatives to ensuring the company's weekly all-hands meetings are effective and engaging.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Draft and edit communications in email platform and in various IC tools. Create stakeholder reports, analyze basic communication metrics. Assist team with various communication requests. Project management provide strategic support for communication projects.

- Willingness to learn and excellent attention to detail.

- Experience building or drafting content and using design programs, strongly preferred.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
At the time of posting, Rakuten expects the hourly rate for this role will be between $20 - $30 per hour. Individual compensation will vary based on job-related factors, including the skills, qualifications, and experience of the successful candidate as well as business need and geographic location.
