We’re looking for a hungry, organized, creative go-getter who can write, help us maintain media lists, coverage reports, and more. During this internship, you will work with multiple disciplines in publicity, consumer PR, product PR, internal communications and corporate learning about communications strategy, how to tell stories to different audiences, and how to measure for impact. This position can be remote or hybrid in our San Francisco, Los Angeles or New York City offices.

What You'll Do:

  • Draft press releases, fact sheets, media pitches, briefing materials, recap reports, and employee communications

  • Good judgment, especially under pressure
  • Ability to simplify complex information
  • Trustworthy and able to keep highly sensitive information confidential
  • Pursuing a degree (and career) in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations, English, or Advertising

Program Eligibility Requirements:

  • Must be actively enrolled in an accredited college or university and pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree during the length of the program
  • Current class standing of sophomore (second-year college student) or above
  • Strong academic record (minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA)
  • Committed and available to work for the entire length of the program

About the Program:

  • Application Deadline: April 19, 2024
  • Program Timeline: 8-week placement, the option to begin on 6/3 or 6/17
  • Weekly Hours: Up to 40 hours per week (5 days)
