Dzinly is intended for homeowners, residential home remodeling professionals, real estate agents and other industry specialists.
YOUR ROLE
As a designer, you are responsible for proposing colors and materials for homes exterior.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a soon to be graduate.
CAPABILITIES
-Photoshop skills
-Bonus skills: Corona Render, 3DS Max
Possess an understanding of materials and construction techniques
Resourceful, adaptable, focused, flexible and able to work in fast-paced environment with rapidly changing dynamics
Effective time management, sense of urgency, and attention to details; committed to meeting deadlines.
Ability to work independently and lead in a group setting
Professional oral and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills and diplomacy
Skilled in time management and the ability to prioritize tasks

PAY AND BENEFITS
Pay: Starting at $32,000 and going up from there based on qualifications. Bi-yearly review meetings will be conducted to discuss progress and possible pay adjustments.
