The Interim Clinical Laboratory Services Manager oversees the activities of Pathology Client and Clinical Laboratory Services and Pathology Lab Services. The manager is directly responsible for the management of all services related to the Clinical Laboratory and pathology and for patient and customer satisfaction. Responsible for performing all functions of a Clinical Laboratory Scientist as needed to facilitate delivery of services.
California CLS licensure required, or must have recently applied. The Interim Manager is a Technical Supervisor, General Supervisor and testing personnel.
BS degree or equivalent education/experience
At least five years of clinical lab services work experience
At least two years of management experience
One year of experience in each of these areas of the laboratory preferred:
microbiology; hematology; chemistry; serology; immunohematology.
