Responsibilities
Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing ongoing support and advising on insurance options.
Prospecting: Identify and reach out to potential clients to grow our customer base and expand our market reach.
Policies and Coverage: Educate clients on insurance policies, coverage options, and additional benefits to help them make informed decisions.
Quoting and Closing: Prepare insurance quotes and guide clients through the purchasing process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
Call prospective customers by operating VOIP telephones, automatic dialing systems, and other internet technologies.
Cold call, direct email and perform other lead generation activities.
Maintains phone time or sales quotas as determined by management.
Work independently and as part of a team.
Requirements
Licensing: Active state insurance license is required.
Prior Experience: Previous experience in Insurance sales or a related field is preferred.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients and colleagues.
Self-Motivated: Demonstrated ability to work independently, set goals, and exceed performance expectations.
Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in policy documentation and client communication.
Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fully remote environment, utilizing technology and virtual tools to connect with clients and colleagues.
Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
Prior Sales Experience.
Must be highly self-motivated.
Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is beneficial.
