Insurance Producer (Sales)

The Artemio Gutierrez Insurance Agency with Farmers Insurance is growing, and we need to add a Sales Producer to our team! You do not need sales experience, you do not need insurance experience, all you really need is an engaging personality, a desire to learn, grow, and receive coaching. Core Responsibilities:

• Solicit and write new business
• Field underwriting for new business
• Develop relationships with new and existing clients
• Make outbound sales calls
• Maintain knowledge of Farmers products and services including personal lines, business, and life products
• Meet production requirements and goals established by agency owner
• Maintain monthly sales record and prospect list
• Proactive in problem solving
