We are seeking health insurance agents and brokers that are available to work immediately. Experience is preferred, but not mandatory as long as there is applicable sales background. Training will be provided by the highest performers in the industry to fast track your success. Associates currently earning $2,000 to $4,000 per week, while our top associates earning $10,000 to $16,000. We offer a relaxed and casual atmosphere that will allow you to thrive and grow with our company.

Duties:

- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs
- Provide professional advice and guidance on insurance coverage options
- Assess clients' current insurance policies and make recommendations for improvements or additional coverage
- Research and compare insurance policies from different providers to find the best options for clients
- Prepare and present insurance quotes to clients, explaining coverage details and premiums
- Process insurance applications and ensure all required documentation is accurate and complete
- Collaborate with underwriters to negotiate terms, conditions, and pricing for insurance policies
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and changes in insurance products

Skills:

- Sales: Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a competitive environment
- Customer Service: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and provide exceptional customer service
- Outside Sales: Experience in prospecting, networking, and closing deals in an outside sales role
- Retail Sales: Understanding of retail sales techniques and ability to adapt them to the insurance industry
- HIPAA: Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ability to handle sensitive client information confidentially
- Sales Administration: Strong organizational skills to manage sales documentation, contracts, and client information
- Telemarketing: Comfortable making outbound calls to generate leads and schedule appointments
- Insurance Sales: Familiarity with various types of insurance products and their features
- Benefits Administration: Understanding of employee benefits programs and their administration
- Bilingual: Fluency in a second language (e.g., Spanish) is a plus
