Responsibilities
Client Outreach: Initiate contact with potential clients, educate them on available insurance products, and address their queries.
Outbound Calls: Conduct outbound calls to prospects, pitching insurance products, and securing new business opportunities.
Policy Guidance: Provide expert advice on insurance policies, tailor coverage to meet client needs, and recommend appropriate solutions.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets and contribute to the growth of the agency.
Follow-Up: Maintain regular communication with clients and prospects to ensure their needs are met and provide ongoing support.
Continuous Training: Stay informed about industry trends, product updates, and best practices in Insurance Sales to enhance performance.
Requirements
Licensing: Possess or be willing to obtain necessary insurance licenses for the state of Washington.
Sales Experience: Previous experience in outbound sales or a related field preferred.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
