Present and explain insurance policies based on client needs and goals

Prospect and generate new business with agency provided leads and referral sources

Requirements
Active General Lines Property & Casualty TX License
Possess Gen Lines Life, Accident, Health TX license within 45 days of hire
Meet production/sales new business goals
Self starter with outstanding communication and sales skills
Work in Agency office Monday to Friday, 8:30 to 5:30
Pass a background check with state, Federal and County Criminal history
