As a Video Producer and Editor, you'll be an important part of the Marketing and Corporate Communications team, working closely with other creatives and leading the team's video production initiatives by scripting, filming and editing engaging video content to be used on the company intranet, social media, public website and more. You'll help source engaging stories and create meaningful video content that demonstrates Texas Mutual as a stable force for good.
The ideal person for this position enjoys innovating, collaborating with others to share ideas and feedback, can work both strategically and tactically, and has strong organization and planning skills to high-quality video content.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
What You'll Do:
- Write, film, edit, and produce engaging digital video, to be published for use in promoting the company's brand both internally and externally.
- Engage and collaborate with internal audiences and stakeholders to tell meaningful stories.
- Update and maintain external video library assets so that content is relevant and accessible to end users.
- Edit digital media produced within the company to ensure consistent use of aesthetics, best practices, and branding strategies.
What You'll Bring:
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent education, training, or experience
- At least two years of experience creating and editing video content
- A strong portfolio demonstrating video producing and editing skills
- Proficiency in industry video and design tools
- Familiarity with video hosting and social media platforms
- Experience working with a collaborative team and leadership stakeholders
- Ability to source compelling stories and strong storytelling skills
A portfolio of your video work is required with your job application.
