We are looking for a competitive Insurance Producer to generate new business by contacting potential customers. You will sell, solicit, differentiate and negotiate insurance plans that match the needs of prospective customers.

Responsibilities
- Work as a team player to help exceed monthly agency production goals.
- Develop marketing strategies and promote all types of new insurance contracts or suggest additions/changes to existing ones
- Breed productive relationships to create a pool of prospective clients from various sources by networking, cold calling, using referrals etc.
- Evaluate business or individual customers needs and financial status and propose protection plans that meet their criteria
- Constantly update job knowledge and learn about new products and services
- Develop and maintain client relationships.
- Call prospective customers by operating VOIP telephones, automatic dialing systems, and other internet technologies.
- Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and solve or refer problems.
- Maintains phone time or sales quotas as determined by management.
Requirements
- Hold a GL Property & Casualty License.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
- Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
- Create relationships from a cold start.
- Be a fantastic presenter.
