Salary: $30000.00 - $650000.00 per year

Responsibilities:

• Client Consultation: Understand clients' insurance requirements and provide tailored recommendations.
• Sales Generation: Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities to grow the agency's client base.
• Policy Review: Conduct thorough policy reviews to ensure clients have adequate coverage.
• Relationship Management: Nurture long-term relationships with clients to maintain satisfaction and loyalty.
• Networking: Attend local networking events to expand professional connections and promote agency services.

Requirements:

• Licensing: Must hold a valid Insurance License in Texas.
• Sales Experience: Prior experience in Insurance Sales or a related field is preferred.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients.
• Self-Motivated: Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet or exceed sales targets.
• Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of insurance products and industry regulations.
• Relationship Building: Ability to build and maintain productive relationships with clients.
