Insurance Sales Producer - $15 Per Hour Starting + Commissions + Benefits

Full-time, $15/hr starting, plus monthly commissions and benefits!

As a Licensed Sales Producer, you will perform the fundamental role of soliciting to and servicing customers and building strong relationships within the community. You will work with a team of professionals focused on providing insurance and financial products to help customers protect their homes, cars, lives, and retirement incomes.

A General Lines Property & Casualty OR a Personal Lines Property & Casualty license is required for this job.

Responsibilities:

• Meet a minimum production goal of 15 Allstate items each month.
• Solicit for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
• Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and close sales.
• Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.
• Treat each customer as family.
• Contact customers for a cross-sale and up-sell opportunity including financial products.

Requirements:

• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful.
• Proficiency to multi-task, follow-through and follow-up.
• A Property & Casualty license is required.
• Driven and goal oriented.
• Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish.

Compensation:

• A competitive commissions plan is available for all sales associates.
• Additional bonuses and incentives are also available on a monthly basis.
• Hourly pay is paid on a bi-weekly basis.
• Commissions are paid every second pay period of the month (for previous month's sales).
• End of year bonus check
• Raises are evaluated on a six and twelve month basis.
