• Meet new business production goals set with your Agent.
• Review each customer contact for cross-sell to meet their needs
• Generate insurance quotes.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support.
• Call daily provided warm and provided leads to generate activity.
• Maintain phone and sales quotas determined with your Agent.
• Grow sales revenue utilizing phone, email and personal contacts.
• Prospect new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, and lead databases.
• Assess and identify wants and needs of your customer via phone.

• Bilingual Spanish or Vietnamese
