Private practice looking for a long term, experienced front desk staff member to handle all aspects of daily patient management. This Dental Front Desk position requires exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organization skills to provide superior customer service to our patients. The front office staff, is the first and last impression that patients will have of our dental office. The right candidate should be able to work together with the dental team to make quality patient care a priority. Job description includes but is not limited to patient scheduling, insurance filing, benefits determination, billing, daily report generation etc. This position requires an exceptional patient skills and close interaction with patients in person and over the telephone. The front desk person will be working with patients to provide information about their recommended treatment, presenting treatment plans, reviewing the cost and payment options they have. The candidate should be able to file dental insurance claims and be able to verify patient’s insurance information if necessary.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
