For the first few months, our start up Dental Office will be open to patients 3 days/week (Tue/Fri, 8am-5pm and Sat 8am-1pm). We will be open on Mon for non-patient administrative work. As the practice grows, we intend to transition to being open to patients M-F and every other Saturday. We are not anti-insurance, but we don't run an insurance mill, so stress is controlled. Duties:
- Daily Front Desk/administrative duties
- Patient scheduling and check-in/check-out
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Handle medical coding and billing for dental services
- Insurance verification, billing, setup in PMS, and claims management
- Maintaining electronic record of patient interactions, preparing estimates, and collecting/posting payments
-Assist with marketing campaigns and social media
-Manage patient billing and Insurance claims
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Proficiency in using dental software preferred
- Knowledge of medical records management and documentation
As a Front Desk and Insurance Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the Dental Office. You will be the first person that our patients interact with. This is such a critical role to ensure the best patient experience. You will be responsible to ensure that all patients scheduled receive exceptional care from people who care. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in dental software are essential for success in this role.
