Front Desk/Insurance Coordinator

Front Desk/Insurance coordinator for boutique dental office open position M-F 8am-5pm.

A Minimum 1-3 years of experience required.

- Oversees and manages the day-to-day operations of the office
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory with other staff members
- Manage and maintain office filing systems and databases
- Prepare and present treatment plans
- Manages and knowledgable of HMO and PPO dental insurance payments, sends insurance claims, posts dental insurance payments and credentialing with dental insurances
- Provide administrative support to staff as needed

Skills:

- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Team player with amazing attitude
- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of Eaglesoft dental software a plus
- Excellence in customer service skills and amazing attitude
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and costumer service
