- Mon/Tues 8 am - 5 pm
- Wed 10 am - 7 pm
- Thurs 9 am - 5 pm
- Fri 7 am - 2 pm

Requirements
- 2+ years of prior experience with insurance and claims
- Knowledge of filing insurance appeals
