Schedule:-Hybrid Schedule 3 days in the office (Palatine, IL) / 2 days remote
Qualifications: The ideal candidate must have high integrity, be a self- motivated, adaptable, and energetic person who is able to provide exceptional customer service in a fast paced, team atmosphere. Must have prior COMMERCIAL LINES industry experience. A minimum of 3 years prior Customer Service and Insurance experience is essential. Prior Applied EPIC experience is needed. A Valid insurance license in Commercial Lines Property and Casualty Insurance is required.

Duties: The goal of this position is to be a customer service champion for policyholders, providing and maintaining a best-in-class customer service brand that has been part of our Agencys DNA for over 90 years. Give clear answers to clients on basic coverage or billing questions including information on rate increases or policy changes to ensure full understanding Update policy changes on customer account and inform clients about policy changes Maintain and document accurate customer service files in agency management system Support the customer service process with telephone calls, data entry, email, faxing, copying, and other similar administrative task, Review endorsements to insure items were received as ordered Review Certificate of Insurance requests to confirm coverages and language clauses Respond to client inquiries, incoming mail, company requests and Account Executive needs on a timely basis Issue ID cards, evidence of insurance, process endorsements/audits /invoices and check policies as technical ability allow Prepare Certificate of Insurance following established work flows and distribute to insured via mail, fax of email Utilize Management System to maintain client, policy, transactions and attachments records Follow and execute Management System work flows as defined by the Agency Transact agency bill premiums and invoice clients Support the customer service process with telephone calls, data entry, email, faxing, copying, and other similar administrative tasks Assist client in gathering documentation and reporting claims to carriers.
Other duties as assigned: Participate in any special projects at managements request. Manage CSR 24 for Agency and clients Oversee Ivans Download and correct Download suspense items. This role allows you to build, and be compensated, for additional new business opportunities that you solicit.
