As a Commercial Lines Account Manager, you will have the opportunity to build strong relationships with clients, understand their insurance needs, and provide tailored solutions. Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service to Commercial Insurance clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining client satisfaction.- Manage and oversee Commercial Insurance Accounts, including policy changes, endorsements, and renewals.
- Collaborate with insurance carriers to negotiate coverage terms, manage claims, and ensure accurate documentation.
- Conduct risk assessments and evaluations to identify client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in insurance regulations to provide informed advice and support to clients.
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation, ensuring compliance with regulations and internal procedures.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Commercial Account Manager.- Strong knowledge of Commercial Insurance products, coverages, and underwriting guidelines.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate complex insurance concepts to clients.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in insurance agency management systems such as Applied TAM - Epic or AMS 360.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
