Responsibilities:- Buy materials for the office when supplies run low and schedule maintenance for office equipment, when necessary
- Update our database regularly to make sure we have current customer information readily available
- Answer phone calls and emails from customers promptly and direct inquiries to the appropriate department to ensure client satisfaction
- Step in to help other departments when needed
- Plan for office events, appointments, and travel for the company
- Proficient data entry skills
- High school diploma or GED required, Associate’s Degree in business administration or related field preferred
- Great written and verbal communication skills, organizational skills, and problem-solving skills
- Two years of prior experience in customer service or insurance industry preferred
- Strong computer skills, including the ability to use Excel and standard word-processing programs
