Role Profile:
This role’s primary responsibility will be to support the processing and servicing of insurance products. They will also work collaboratively with other team members and our home office to ensure efficient workflow and timely execution of client requests and administrative needs. This role may evolve over time to become more specialized depending on the team member’s skill sets and aspirations.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Track all stages of the insurance process
- Schedule medical exams
- Prepare and submit appropriate applications and follow-up with underwriter
- Oversee the underwriting process
- Manage client communication and client service pertaining to insurance
- Collect any outstanding reporting documents
- Oversee policy deliveries

Qualifications:
- Required:
o Bachelor’s degree
o Possess or have the ability to quickly obtain Iowa Life and Health licenses
- Preferred:
o Financial services and/or insurance industry experience
o Prior Financial Advisor support experience
