You’re a tech-savvy Instructional Designer with a knack for simplifying complex concepts.  Your passion is creating engaging learning experiences that resonate with diverse audiences.  You are a SME in Articulate Storyline 360!  If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! As an Instructional Designer, you will play a crucial role in developing and delivering cutting-edge learning materials that equip our workforce with the expertise they need to excel in the digital age.

 

Requirements:

 

MUST HAVES:

 

·         Ability to Simplify Complex Tech Language: You must be able to write, understand, and translate complex technical jargon into easy-to-understand language for learners.

·         Deep, demonstrable, experience with Articulate Storyline 360.

·         Comfortable with changing priorities when business needs shift and change. 

·         Driven, Persistent, self-starter; you don’t wait for replies that are overdue, you reach out again. 

·         Strong project management skills with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

·         Comfortable navigating the complexities of Edge computing, AI integration, cybersecurity, collaborative technologies, and workstation verticals.

·         Knowledge of adult learning theories and instructional design best practices.

·         Exceptional Writing Skills: Strong written communication skills are essential.

·         Bachelor’s degree in instructional design, technical communication, or equivalent practical experience.

Pay Details: $45.00 to $55.00 per hour
