What you'll do:  

• Apply instructional design theories and models to set learning objectives, defineAZ measurements of success, and create content for technical and professional development training initiatives 
• Collaborate with business units and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to design training programs aligned with competencies, technical needs and strategic learning opportunities 
• Develop instructional materials including e-learning content, interactive workshops, facilitation guides, resource materials, exercises, assessments, and multimedia content 
• Project management of multiple learning projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope 
• Build assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of the learning outcomes 
• Analyze and apply trends and best practices in learning technologies and instructional design 
• Maintain, update, and enhance training programs 
• Support the maintenance of the Learning Management System 

What you bring: 

• 2-5 years experience in Instructional Design 
• Associates degree or higher 
• Prior AEC experience strongly preferred 
• Experience implementing competency framework model 
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written 
• Experience with designing learning programs preferably for online and blended learning programs 
• Strong writing skills in instructional text, audio and video scripts 
• Proficiency in e-learning development software (e.g. Articulate Rise, Articulate Storyline) 
• Audio/Video production and editing a plus (Camtasia, Premier Pro, Vyond etc.) 

• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite or other graphic design tools 
• Experience with Learning Management Systems  
• Self-starter attitude that thrives on challenging the status quo 
• Ability to manage multiple and shifting priorities in a fast-paced and challenging environment 
• Ability to work independently and creatively.
