Responsibilities & QualificationsPosition Summary:
The primary objective of the National Account Inside Sales Representative is to drive growth within our existing National Accounts and help to develop new potential NAHQ. This position creates accelerated growth by identifying, creating and warming opportunities for our NA outside field sales team, allowing them to focus on closing business. This position will also work closely with the VP of Customer Success to maximize growth opportunities on our existing NA customers. This individual will also be responsible for creating and warming NAHQ leads for NA Sales team. This position reports to the Director of National Accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Continued analysis of existing National Account opportunities
- Work with VP Customer Success team to identify Customer Growth opportunities
- Communication with Outside Sales field directing toward new prospect opportunities
- Introduction and scheduled follow up on National Account HQ Prospects
- Appointment setting with National Account Headquarters for NA Team
- Appointment setting with National Account Prospect Child Locations for TBM/DOHS
- Attend Business Reviews with NA Managers
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years Inside Sales growth experience
- Four year college degree
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Able to work and thrive in a team enviroment
- Growth and Service based mentality
- Strong computer literacy - MS Office Suite, must learn internal systems
- Detail oriented with excellent follow-up, creativity, problem solving skills
- Independent work ethic
- Persistent and resistance to "no"
- Potential to take on more in the future
