**Salary:** $70,000 - $95,000 (Higher range possible for candidates with relevant engineering degree and industry experience)

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient Technical Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team.
**Responsibilities:**
As a Technical Inside Sales Representative (or Application Engineer), you will play a critical role in assisting customers, providing technical support, and contributing to our overall sales process. Your primary responsibilities will include:
1. **Customer Service:** Engage with customers through incoming phone calls and emails, ensuring a positive and professional interaction.
2. **Quotations:** Generate and deliver accurate quotations to customers over the phone and via email, effectively addressing their needs.
3. **Technical Guidance:** Provide expert technical advice to customers, aiding them in selecting the best product solutions that align with their requirements.
4. **Application Support:** Offer technical support related to our products, helping customers with any application-related queries or issues.
5. **Sales Processing:** Efficiently process sales orders and work orders internally, ensuring seamless transactions.
**Salary and Benefits:**
The position offers a competitive salary in the range of $70,000 - $95,000, with the potential for higher compensation for candidates with an engineering degree and relevant industry experience.
**Qualifications:**
- Demonstrated technical knowledge of construction equipment, particularly major brands such as CAT, John Deere, excavators, skid steers, and backhoes.
- Proven experience in a technical Inside Sales role or related position.
- Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on maintaining positive customer relationships.
- Strong communication skills for clear and effective interactions with customers.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills for processing sales orders accurately.
