Responsibilities Include:
- Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities with potential customers
- Manage and nurture existing customer accounts, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
- Work to understand customer buying habits and needs
- Identify key decision makers and qualifies sales opportunities
- Cross sell other products of interest
- Prepare and deliver sales quotations, proposals, and contracts
- Manage inbound/outboard calls
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
- Achieve and exceed sales targets
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred with one to two years of B2B sales experience, or
- Five years of B2B sales experience with no degree
- Proficient with CRM software such as HubSpot, Salesforce or similar programs
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 Suite, especially Excel
- Familiarity with Chemistry, chemicals and laboratory experience preferred but not required
