Audubon is currently seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our team in our Houston, Texas Office. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for handling customer sales requests, pursuing leads, processing orders and modifications, and addressing issues through various communication channels.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prospect and Qualify Leads: Generate a steady stream of qualified leads through outbound calls, email outreach, and effective lead nurturing strategies.
- Understand Customer Needs: Uncover pain points and identify opportunities to match their needs with your company's products or services.
- Exceed Sales Targets: Consistently achieve and surpass individual and team sales goals, contributing to the overall growth of the company.
- Contribute to Team Success: Collaborate effectively with colleagues, sharing knowledge, and supporting team efforts to achieve shared objectives.
EXPERIENCE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Inside Sales or a related field.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
- Time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage a busy workload.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant sales tools.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for exceeding expectations.
