Description
We are seeking a highly motivated telemarketing Inside Sales Agent to join our growing team at TREMgroup LLC. As an Inside Sales Agent you will need experience using Follow Up Boss (FUB) or other CRMs to join our dynamic digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a proven record of success in telemarketing, and a deep understanding of FUB or similar CRM platforms.

Job Responsibilities
- Engage with leads and prospects through various communication channels, including phone calls, emails, and text messages
- Utilize Follow-Up-Boss (FUB) to manage lead flow, track interactions, and prioritize follow-ups effectively.
- Nurture Leads through the sales pipeline, providing relevant information, addressing inquiries, and scheduling appointments for real estate agents.
- Stay informed about market trends, real estate regulations, and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and implement effective follow- up processes and campaigns
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and communications within the CRM system.

Qualifications
