Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell products or services
- Utilize telemarketing scripts and sales techniques to engage with prospects
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and secure repeat business
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals on a consistent basis
- Collaborate with the sales team to share market insights and strategies
Experience:
- Proven experience in telemarketing or inside sales roles
- Strong sales skills with the ability to negotiate and close deals
- Familiarity with CRM software, such as Salesforce, for managing customer interactions
- Knowledge of technology sales and the ability to effectively market technical products or services
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets
