As an Account Manager at Connection, you are the foundation of our success, selling technology products and services to small to medium-sized businesses (50-2,000 employees). You establish new accounts through outbound cold calling and prospecting to develop a book of business and manage long-term business-to-business sales relationships with your customers.

Daily Expectations of an Account Manager:
As an Account Manager, you manage the full sales cycle for all of your deals. Building long-term relationships with multiple decision-makers throughout the companies you support.
How do you do that:
- Work Hours: Monday – Friday: 8:30 am -5:30 pm (Eastern)
- 60 dials (outbound calls) and 2 hours and 15 minutes of talk time per day
- 40 unique actions with potential/current customers daily
- Add 1-2 monthly buying accounts so that you have 12 to 24 buying accounts by the end of your first year
- 75% of your time focused on prospecting for new business using paid resources like ZoomInfo
- Regularly quoting opportunities to potential and current customers
