Uses the nursing process of assessment, diagnosing, planning, implementation, and evaluation to deliver patient care. Facilitates multidisciplinary rounds on select patients under the care of the Hospitalist team. The Inpatient Rounding Nurse serves as the central hub of clinical coordination for comprehensive multidisciplinary bedside rounds in tandem with the Hospitalist and PharmD. Planning and facilitation includes: preparation for daily bedside rounds, review of patient history and condition, review of pertinent social factors, collaboration with primary nursing staff and ancillary disciplines, providing of timely status updates and pertinent information to providers and consultants as delegated, coordinating involvement of patient care partners.

1st (M-F, no weekends, no holidays)

40 per pay (Every two weeks)
