Purpose of the Position: Under general supervision, works and communicates with the general public, internal customers and/or external customers to provide information and services targeted to meet customer expectations. This position works to promote and protect the health and safety of the residents of Cobb and Douglas Counties

Essential Functions (include but not limited to):

• Answering inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
• Identifying customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue and providing solutions
• Appointment scheduling

Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED AND Six months of experience handling customer questions, complaints and/or providing information.

Preferred Qualifications/Skills: Significant experience and/or education relating to the specialty area of the position including filing, handling customers' complaints, and scheduling client appointments. Knowledge and usage of hardware and/or software related to the position. The ability to translate English to Spanish and Spanish to English orally and in writing is preferred but not required.     

Work Conditions & Physical Demands: This position does not require a lot of physical exertion; however, not always a sedentary position. The ability to lift 20+ lbs. as needed.

Salary Information:  $15.00/hr.  Up to 29 hrs./week | No benefits
