Job Title: Identity and Access Management Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) Specialist to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for designing and implementing robust identity and access management solutions that align with regulatory requirements and support our organization's operational needs.

Responsibilities:

1. Implement and manage IAM technologies such as Active Directory, LDAP, SSO, and MFA.

2. Understand and implement regulatory requirements such as GDPR, HIPAA, and SOX into system architecture.

3. Work closely with stakeholders and application owners to define IAM requirements.

4. Ensure all access controls are implemented and monitored according to the corporate IAM policy.

5. Conduct regular reviews and audits of access controls and security configurations.

6. Analyze data to identify patterns, areas for improvement, and compliance with IAM policies.

7. Train end-users and provide support related to IAM systems and policies.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum 2 years of experience in identity and access management.

2. Expert knowledge of IAM concepts including authentication, authorization, and provisioning.

3. Experience with IAM technologies such as Active Directory, LDAP, SSO, and MFA.

4. Thorough knowledge of regulatory requirements such as GDPR, HIPAA, and SOX.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Familiarity with IAM solutions from vendors such as SailPoint.

2. Extensive knowledge of RBAC & ABAC models.

3. Strong data analytics skills and proficiency in MS Excel.

4. Previous experience in a business analyst or support role.

Candidates with experience in a support role focusing on end-user experience, especially application owners and role owners, will be given preference. We are also particularly interested in candidates with a strong business analyst background due to numerous initiatives requiring engagement with the business and IT application owners
