SalarySHAZAM is looking for a Financial Analyst to join our team. You’ll work closely with payroll data to provide financial analysis, models and reports to management. This position has hybrid work flexibility.
What you’ll do:
- Develop financial models and create reports regarding compensation and benefits.
- Perform variance analysis of payroll information for monthly financial statements.
- Prepare detailed compensation reports for executive management.
- Develop and maintain the budget for compensation and benefits.
- Research, analyze and provide recommendations to improve processes.
- Serve as primary backup for payroll processing and help backup various accounting functions.
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance. Minimum of four years’ experience as a Financial Analyst is preferred.
- Expert spreadsheet skills using Microsoft Excel and experience using Microsoft Access or similar database is preferred.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a high expectations and confidential environment.
Salary starting at $60,000 to $75,000*
Compensation will be based upon factors such as geographic location, experience, education, and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
