Role And The Key Responsibilities
" Assist in the manual and time consuming process of security campaigns. These campaigns ensure that those within the bank have the correct level of access for their role. This validation is completed on an application level and a technical access layer.
" Assist customers with their questions. These questions arise when a user has a QA review to complete. If any access is found as inappropriate it is then revoked. It's important for this person to assist these customers through understanding the process.
" Evaluate the quality assurance process by pulling random samples and uploading that list to SharePoint online.
" Report results on end of campaign through manipulating/working the data to bring about an understanding of the campaign.
