Hybrid Customer Service Representative

We are looking for someone with a strong customer service skill set, that can take an empathetic approach to assisting customers with collections related items. You will control and maintain an account queue that consists of probate accounts for which estates have not (yet) been identified, and for which surviving family must be contacted for information regarding the decedent. You will be responsible for resolution of each account in the queue through telephone discussions and/or written correspondence with appropriate family members, under the direction of the Pre Estate Division Manager. These will be considered "warm" outbound calls as the family members are expecting a touchpoint on the matter.

- Candidates must have excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Must be able to show empathy and professionalism*
- Must be comfortable with computers and phone operation
- Must have previous 1+ years of previous customer service experience, ideally from a call center, but open to retail as well.
Additional Information:
- This is a 6-month-to-hire contract opportunity.
- You will be paid an hourly wage, and will have the opportunity to earn commission day one. On average, representatives will earn an extra $100-$300 a month. Top performers are bringing in an extra $600.
- You will work onsite the first 3 months and will then move to a hybrid schedule where you will be able to work 2 days from home.
Hours:
- The first 3 months will be M-F 8-5.
- After 3 months, you will work M-F 8-5 on the days you are in office, and either 10-7, 11-8, or 12-9 on the days you are remote.
- You will have some flexibility in choosing your work from home days
