Responsibilities
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance and retirement plans.
- Assist employees with benefits-related questions, enrollment, and issue resolution.
- Ensure company policies and procedures are communicated and followed consistently.
- Maintain compliance with employment laws and regulations, making recommendations for policy updates as necessary.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with all legal requirements.
- Support the NMHIX employee experience through responsiveness, consistent communication, and resource presentation.
- Present on topics including health/wellness and professional growth.
- Mediate and resolve employee conflicts or disputes, ensuring a positive work environment.
Three (3) years of Human Resources experiencein at least two (2) of the following areas:
- Staffing/recruiting
- Onboarding
- Employee/labor relations
- Benefits administration
- Processing employment transactions
Preferred Knowledge :
- Services and activities of Human Resources program
- Principles and practices of Human Resources
- Employment law and hiring practices
- Pertinent Federal, State and local laws, codes and regulations
- Modern office procedures, methods and equipment including computers
- Human Resources Information Systems
- Researching/data collection methods to compile a variety of reports
- Data management and tracking
- Computer software within assigned area

- Interpret and apply general Human Resources policies and procedure applicable BeWellnm
- Apply a variety of policies, procedures and regulations affecting assigned functions
- Operate a variety of modern office equipment including computers
- Prepare and maintain a variety of reports; analyze and interpret report results

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- SHRM or equivalent certification desired.
- English usage, spelling, grammar and punctuation
- Experience in Human Resources/Must have held a similar position previously
- Understanding of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
