Prior experience in an HR discipline required. Certification is preferred. Background in Healthcare is a plus.
HR Responsibilities:
- Performs diversified clerical and administrative activities
- Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting job openings, and screening resumes
- Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality
- Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment and changes
- Assist with HR projects, such as training programs and employee engagement initiatives
- Coordinate employee events and recognition programs
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
Credentialing Responsibilities:
- Process initial credentialing prior to the new providers start date, involving detailed review of documents and data
- Process recredentialing applications for established providers
- Monitor upcoming license renewals
- Maintain CAQH and Conduent (Medicaid) Databases
- Maintain Licenses and Policy Spreadsheet
- Frequently communicate with new and established providers
- Program new providers in Greenway, Viewpoint, and Updox
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Human Resources required. HR/Credentialing Certification a plus.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and medical office procedures is beneficial
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
