We are seeking a highly motivated team member with excellent communication, customer service and time management skills to support the Product Definition Tools and Resources department 2966. The selected candidate will perform a variety of roles and responsibilities in Creo Operations and Maintenance (O&M) support of the Design Engineering community. Due to the nature of the work, the selected applicant must be able to work onsite.
On any given day, the selected applicant will be asked to:
  • Support engineering and design staff to answer and/or resolve PTC CAD application matters.
  • Support engineering and design staff to answer and/or resolve PDMLink/Creo integration matters.
  • Test and Configure PTC CAD applications and associated libraries.
  • Deploy PTC CAD configurations and associated libraries.
  • Mentor less-experienced staff.

Minimum Qualifications (Required)
  • Associate degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology or other relevant experience.
  • Five years relevant experience
  • Demonstrated communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Experience using Creo (Pro/ENGINEER) solid modeling application software.
  • Ability to obtain and retain DOE Q-Level security clearance

Preferred Qualifications (Desired)
  • Experience in applying fundamental design principles that relate to product design and manufacturing.
  • Experience in system, subsystem, or component design.
  • Experience in manufacturing and/or inspection, as it applies to product drawing definition.
  • Experience in applying Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T) to engineering drawings.
  • Experience using Windchill PDMLink.
  • Demonstrated excellent organizational skills.
  • Proven record of demonstrating initiative and getting results.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products.
  • Active DOE Q-level security clearance.
