Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist located in Albuquerque, NM, with flexibility for some remote work. The Talent Acquisition specialist will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, hiring, and interviewing candidates, as well as developing and implementing employer branding strategies.

Qualifications

• Experience with full-life cycle recruiting, hiring, and interviewing
• Experience in developing and implementing employer branding strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build and maintain relationships
• Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field is preferred
• Experience in higher education or government settings is a plus
• Social Media Recruiting is a plus

Salary: $19.58 - $23.49 per hour
