SalaryThe HR Recruiter will research and develop effective recruiting strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for 5B’s. A creative mindset, positive attitude and experience in this field is a must.
Recruiter hours are 8am-5pm M-F.
Duties/Responsibilities:
· Screen applications, schedule and perform initial interviews.
- Assists with job postings and advertising process.
- Collaborate with HR team during the offer process, start dates and other pertinent details.
- Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of 5B’s.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
- Attends and participates in job fairs and recruiting sessions.
- Convey a positive and professional image to candidates and current employees.
- Generate and propose new recruitment ideas.
- Assist with social media ads.
- Be consistent and timely with candidate follow up and communication.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics.
- Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles.
- Proactive with the ability to take initiative.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.
- Strong Microsoft Office Suite software experience.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be highly organized and able to prioritize tasks.
Education and Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in Human Resources, staffing, recruiting or similar role.
- Verifiable and stable work history
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
